White Bull co-founder and CEO, Farley has been involved in the High-tech sector for over 20 years, making valuable and global connections in technology and innovation. Farley co-founded White Bull in 2009, building upon a global network, to create business opportunities, and a dynamic forum for discussion.
Farley has held sales, marketing, and management roles with several professional services, consulting and media organizations, beginning his career at DASAR in 1992 and including CBT Systems, Fabrik Communications, (acquired by Critical Path), Whitman Hart (leading integrator of SAP) and others. Until the fall of 2009, Farley led EMEA operations for Red Herring Magazine.
Farley sits on the advisory board some of the most innovative and cutting edge firms in tech, such as Penny, Apreet, SharingXChange, Red Alpine Capital and others. Farley graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, and now resides in Sitges, Spain.
White Bull co-founder and creative director, Elizabeth began her career in marketing, heading up international promotions for Marie Claire Magazine in Paris, France. She went on to print and broadcast journalism, writing and producing for news outlets including The Chicago Tribune, WTTW (PBS Chicago), CNBC, The Sundance Channel, CNET-TV, ZIFF Davis TV and others. In 1995, she founded Perry Productions, producing corporate film and marketing collateral in Europe and the United States.
Elizabeth received her Bachelors from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, and her Masters in Journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. She now resides in Sitges, Spain.
Ashley Ward –Executive Coach and People Performance Expert, is passionate about inspiring business leaders to make the most of their talents and their people; As a seven times CEO over 26 years with four public offerings behind him, he has experienced extreme learning. He led the IPO of Orchestream in 2000 to its £1b market cap, and as MD of Cray Communications/Anite Networks led the turnaround and executed its sale in two parts to Cable & Wireless and Intel. Ashley has been involved in around 20 M&A transactions as CEO. He is a former professional racing driver and instructor and competed at international level for 13 seasons and over 200 races.
Ashley combines the science of the best coaching practice along with a pragmatic approach to personal development. The aim is simple; help business leaders raise their game and transform the effectiveness of how they run their companies. Coaching and Mentoring interventions are content rich and achieve successful outcomes for both coached and employer. His skills are frequently used by clients to assist in deal win strategies and to ensure revenue growth.
His approach is effective, robust and arguably unromantic. He works quickly with clients to achieve results, whatever the type of coaching or advice; positive and permanent change is always the outcome.
